At this year’s 35th Annual PX Conference and Trade Show, Listo is stepping into the spotlight with recognition across two standout deployments that are setting new benchmarks for innovation in premium guest experience. Rather than traditional award submissions, these acknowledgments highlight both a valued client nomination and Listo’s own contribution to advancing the industry.

Listo’s presence at the conference, bolstered by a nomination from its client Delaware North and a separate case submission from Listo’s own team, spotlights two marquee installations that have successfully raised the bar in guest engagement. These deployments at TD Garden and SoFi Stadium are a testament to Listo’s capabilities and the confidence it instills in its clients.

Redefining Premium Hospitality with Delaware North at TD Garden

In 2024, Delaware North partnered with Listo to reimagine the premium suite experience at Boston’s TD Garden. Through an in-suite tablet interface, guests can submit service requests, such as drink refills or cleanup, which are routed in real time to the assigned Suite Attendant’s smartwatch or mobile device. The attendant’s name then appears on the guest’s screen, creating instant, two-way communication that enhances personalization and removes ambiguity.

Behind the scenes, Delaware North staff now have access to a live dashboard and detailed reporting tools that track service trends, response times, and guest feedback. This enables operational oversight and post-event analysis, turning every event into a data-backed opportunity for continuous improvement. The partnership also led to the co-development of new modules that modernize game-day communication and product ordering.

Following a successful pilot, Delaware North expanded Listo across all premium suites at TD Garden and is now evaluating the platform for other managed venues. This adaptability exemplifies how Listo’s technology can be tailored to different venues, from sports stadiums to concert halls, without compromising the human touch of hospitality.

At SoFi Stadium, Innovation at Scale

Delivering high-touch service in a fast-paced stadium environment has long been a challenge, but at SoFi Stadium, Listo is helping redefine what premium hospitality can look like. Rolled out across 260 luxury suites, Listo enables guests to request food, beverages, or assistance through a simple QR scan on their smartphones, eliminating the need for an app. Each request is instantly routed to staff tablets, enabling fast, discreet service with full transparency and accountability.

This real-time communication system replaces legacy tools like clipboards, Landlines, and radios, streamlining service across departments and creating a more seamless guest experience. Staff receive clear, trackable tasks while supervisors gain live visibility into service flow, response times, and escalations. The result is a high-performance environment where guests feel prioritized, and staff can operate with clarity and speed.

What sets Listo apart is the operational intelligence it brings to the stadium. Every interaction is logged, enabling SoFi leadership to monitor team performance, adjust staffing in real-time, and track service trends across events. It’s not just a communication tool. It’s a data-rich platform that enables SoFi to deliver proactive, precision-driven hospitality at scale. With its success in Los Angeles, Listo is quickly being adopted by other major venues nationwide, signaling a shift toward smarter, more connected guest service.

Setting a New Standard in Premium Guest Experience

Listo’s dual nominations at the 35th Annual PX Conference, through both a nomination by Delaware North and its own submitted case study, highlight a pivotal shift in how venues approach service in premium spaces. From the customized, data-driven deployment at TD Garden with Delaware North to the large-scale, real-time execution at SoFi Stadium, Listo has proven its ability to adapt, scale, and elevate guest communication across vastly different environments.

In both cases, Listo’s technology doesn’t just improve speed or efficiency. It transforms service into a proactive, personalized, and measurable experience. As expectations continue to rise and live events become more immersive, Listo is leading the charge in making communication the centerpiece of premium hospitality, and the future of guest communication is indeed exciting.

With these nominations, Listo isn’t just being recognized for innovation. It’s being acknowledged for redefining what excellence looks like in the world’s most demanding venues.
