Mobile Software Engineer, Seedrs
Seedrs is the leading equity crowdfunding platform and the most active funder of private companies in the UK, with over £1.5B invested into campaigns and more than 1450 deals funded. They allow all types of investors to invest as little or as much as they like in businesses they believe in and share in their success. And they allow ambitious businesses in all sectors to raise capital and build community through an efficient, online process. Seedrs HQ is in London, with employees in Lisbon and Berlin. They are backed by top-tier institutional investors and VCs, as well as over 4,000 of their own users.
Seedrs is looking for a Mobile Front end Engineer with 3+ years of experience who is comfortable talking about high-level product concepts as well as deep technical details. They want someone who is excited about modern tech, code quality and scalable engineering.
An ideal candidate will have experience working with and developing large B2C mobile applications working at scale. They will have a strong focus on best practices and a view on how to achieve these in a fast growing team.
You will join the Mobile team and work with different stakeholders across the company including the Product, Technology, Sales and Investment teams.You will be expected to play an important role in helping the team be as effective as possible. Seedrs wants you to be one of the leading voices for the technology decisions within the team, as well as developing a tech ecosystem across the company.
Debt Finance Structurer, iwoca
iwoca started in 2012 and was born out of the frustration that small businesses lack the access to finance they need to reach their potential. Their belief then was that technology must enable people to significantly shorten the archaic 8-week bank application process which more often than not results in a ‘no’. Nearly a decade later and they have served more than 50,000 businesses across the UK and Germany with more than £2 billion of finance.
They are currently hiring for a debt finance structurer to join their capital markets team in London to support the origination and execution of private asset financing transactions. The successful candidate will collaborate with the team manager and the rest of the Capital Markets team in the origination, structuring and execution of financing transactions. They will be responsible for the preparation and presentation of marketing and due diligence materials, including coordination with other internal teams such as fintech, credit, product and sales;
Cash flow modelling activities with a key focus on using Excel and VBA.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record working in securitisation with focus on funding and structuring; such experience may have been obtained in investment banking, direct lending or at a rating agency. They will have demonstrable experience in project management and the execution of transactions from start to finish.
Compliance Officer, Klarna

You should have integrity, be ambitious, proactive and action-oriented, and be an excellent communicator.
