UK retail bank TSB is deepening its relationship with software intelligence firm Dynatrace as it looks to boost its digital transformation and expand its digital services for customers.

In the case of TSB, Dynatrace says its full-stack observability, intelligent automation and AIOps enable the bank’s front and back-end digital teams to deliver integrated customer experiences faster and more efficiently.
TSB Bank chief operating officer Suresh Viswanathan says accelerating digital transformation is the “top priority” for the bank.
“To keep pace with our customers’ needs and how the market is evolving, we must ensure our digital services are best-in-class, always accessible, and easy to use,” Viswanathan adds.
The software has enabled TSB and its digital teams to deliver improved user experiences, resolve problems before customers are affected and free up valuable time for innovation.
TSB says its customers rely on dozens of digital services to execute a single transaction, with 70% preferring mobile to conduct transactions.
By providing oversight of each step of the digital journey, Dynatrace says it delivers real-time insights into performance, availability and potential issues in the user interface.
This information helps the bank’s teams prioritise their focus on service enhancements that will have the biggest impact on customer experience.
