In today’s competitive business landscape, leveraging advanced technologies is crucial for success. Substrata, an AI-powered sales tool, is designed to help dealmakers close more deals by analyzing real-time human dynamics to uncover attitudes, intentions, and power plays.

The Impact of AI on Sales Performance

According to Salesforce’s sixth State of Sales report, a comprehensive study conducted annually to understand the challenges and trends in the sales industry, a large percentage of sales reps failed to meet their quota in 2024 (67%) and 2023 (84%) because 70% spent their time on non-selling tasks.

Integrating AI tools like Substrata into sales processes has shown significant benefits. The report further states that 83% of sales teams using AI reported revenue growth, compared to 66% without AI. Additionally, 81% of sales teams are either experimenting with or have fully implemented AI, highlighting its growing importance in the industry.

Moreover, a report by Vena Solutions indicates that three out of five business owners predict that AI implementation will drive sales growth. In fact, one company even experienced a 30% increase in customer satisfaction after adopting AI tools.

Understanding Substrata’s Capabilities

Substrata utilizes deep learning algorithms to decode language and behavior, revealing the intricate dynamics between buyers and sellers. Interpreting nonverbal cues and subtle communication patterns provides insights into emotions, perceptions, and office politics, enabling sales professionals to tailor their strategies effectively.

One of Substrata’s standout features is its social-signal-processing (SSP) AI engine, which analyzes email sales conversations. This tool helps sales teams understand prospects’ true attitudes and sentiments, clarifying how they are perceived and suggesting actions to drive sales. Substrata uses over 10 proprietary AI models to detect verbal and nonverbal signals.

Substrata’s Proven Results

Substrata uses various features, including SoundWave and Temper, to help users win more deals. SoundWave analyzes a wide range of behavioral cues in online meetings, enabling sales professionals to understand underlying emotions and intentions. Meanwhile, Temper is a personality analysis tool that lets users gain insight into a prospect’s risk tolerance, communication style, and behavioral patterns.

Substrata’s effectiveness is demonstrated by significant improvements in sales metrics among its users:

  • 72.8% increase in win rates and 29.3% less time to close based on 1,078 users in December 2023
  • 8.23x increase in goal attainment and 4.41x increase in booked demos from 977 users in January 2024

By leveraging these features, Substrata empowers sales teams to refine their strategies, understand client behaviors, and secure more deals.

The Future of AI in Sales

Substrata exemplifies how AI is shaping the future of sales by bringing precision and strategy to every interaction. As businesses continue to prioritize efficiency and personalized engagement, Substrata’s advanced capabilities position it as a vital tool for staying competitive.

Looking ahead, the adoption of Substrata could redefine how companies approach sales training and development. The platform not only helps individual representatives perform better but also informs organizational strategies for better resource allocation and client targeting.

As sales teams face increasing pressure to deliver results in a data-driven world, Substrata’s role in providing actionable intelligence will become even more critical. By staying ahead of industry trends and continuously improving its technology, Substrata is poised to lead the next wave of innovation in sales enablement.

Harness AI to Win More Deals

Incorporating AI tools like Substrata into sales processes offers a strategic advantage by providing deep insights into client behavior and streamlining communication. AI’s positive impact on revenue growth and customer satisfaction underscores its value in modern sales strategies. As technology advances, its applications in sales and marketing are poised to become even more integral to business success.
