The recent project he spearheaded integrated advanced data analytics tools into Health Net’s systems, an indication of his progressive approach to rebuilding healthcare from the ground up.

Khan’s journey into healthcare and data analytics started when he realized the power of data to transform lives. His work, defined by the pursuit of excellence and innovation, has led to milestones in healthcare technology. “The integration of Teradata SQL Assistant, Oracle PL/SQL, and Snowflake has been a central aspect in our technological elevations. As stated, one factor central to Khan’s mileposts is the creation of a dynamic data validation and cleansing framework by leveraging Snowflake and advanced Python scripts. Another distinguished movement led by Khan was the overhaul of risk adjustment factor (RAF) analysis through integrating Oracle PL/SQL, with advanced data mining techniques and machine learning algorithms. This technique generated a predictive model that offers a more precise identification and prediction of patient risk profiles. The ultimate goal was to facilitate customized care plans and improve patient outcomes.
Khan also pioneered the adoption of Power BI and Tableau dashboards for business intelligence units, transforming data interpretation and making insights more accessible.
