The facilities are designed to foster development, offering private accommodations with en-suite bathrooms, a gym, and outdoor areas with scenic views of Salamanca. The artificial turf fields, located a short walk from the residence, are maintained to professional standards and host the academy’s training sessions and home matches.
The academy also prioritizes academic and cultural growth. Players can pursue online degrees through the University of New Hampshire College of Professional Studies or attend University in Salamanca, one of Spain’s most renowned universities. To help with the international transition, players can take Spanish language courses, equipping them to engage with the local culture and players. In 2024, Select Generation players volunteered over 160 hours in Salamanca, contributing to the community while deepening their connections to the region.
