Ashis Nayak is a veteran entrepreneur and investor. He currently serves as a Founding Partner at Shastra VC, an early-stage, operator-led venture capital fund based in Bengaluru, India. His successful entrepreneurial journey includes co-founding and exiting Autoninja, a B2B SaaS company acquired by ICICI Lombard, and he brings invaluable operational expertise to his role. An alumnus of IIM Bangalore and NIT Calicut, his diverse background spanning product management roles at tech giants like NetApp and Intel further reinforces his industry acumen.
Abhishek (Abs) Kapur is a seasoned executive with a distinguished career spanning leadership roles across technology and other industries in the US, Europe, and Asia. He currently serves on the board of NEXT Trucking, headquartered in California, where he was previously CEO. Earlier in his career, he was a Managing Director at KKR Capstone, a leading global investment firm. Kapur’s expertise encompasses rapidly scaling businesses, building world-class teams, and driving operational transformation and growth. His educational pedigree includes an MBA from London Business School, having also studied at the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and the National University of Singapore.
Yogesh Kulkarni is a highly respected analytics and AI SaaS entrepreneur. He co-built and scaled Antuit.ai, an AI-powered forecasting and pricing software company backed by Goldman Sachs that served Fortune 500 companies. Kulkarni’s visionary leadership and industry expertise have solidified his reputation as a trailblazer in the analytics field. Based in Dallas, his strategic acumen continues to drive innovation and growth at Zebra Technologies as head of vertical strategy. Yogesh holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics from Shivaji University.
