The entry with the highest engagement score by Tuesday, November 11 at 11:59 PM (ET) will win the $25,000 REALS experience.
The prize includes a fully branded REALS sales experience tailored to the winner’s project, a 3D model of the development with embedded marketing materials, an interactive digital brochure shareable via link or QR code, and a real-time analytics dashboard to measure buyer engagement.
Eligible participants must be actively marketing or selling new development projects, either pre-construction or newly built, within North America, containing a minimum of 25 and a maximum of 100 residential units. The winning REALS experience must be initiated by December 31, 2026.
