Is StartUp season 4 coming to Netflix in 2022?

It’s been a great year for Netflix shows in 2021. There have been so many good Netflix shows released during the year, but there have been some non-Netflix original shows to create a ton of buzz, including Manifest and StartUp.

Netflix saved Manifest after it was canceled on NBC. StartUp, which had its first three seasons added to Netflix this spring, was also really popular, and now, fans are hoping to find out when StartUp season 4 is coming to Netflix.

Unfortunately, StartUp season 4 has not been officially ordered yet. The show, as mentioned, is not a Netflix original series, and it’s been a few years since season 3 premiered. So, at this point, it’s unclear what’s going to happen, if StartUp season 4 will be released in 2022, or what to expect from the show’s future.

Let’s take a look at StartUp and its future.

StartUp Netflix

Will StartUp season 4 be on Netflix? Well, at this point, it’s looking rather slim, but there’s a little bit of hope.

According to a report from Insider this summer, StartUp season 4 is being eyed by Chicken Soup for the Soul Entertainment, which bought Crackle. Since then, there’s been nothing to report on the future of StartUp. It’s unclear if StartUp season 4 is ever going to happen.

That’s not promising, but these things take time. If the new season of the TV show does happen on Crackle, it probably won’t be released in 2022. Again, these things take time.

We would assume StartUp season 4 would eventually be added to Netflix after it premiered on Crackle, but how long would Netflix fans have to wait? Probably quite a while.

Netflix will not likely pick up the series for a fourth season, assuming the series doesn’t go into production on Crackle. Netflix has enough going on with its original programming, and StartUp season 4 is a much bigger gamble than, say, Manifest season 4.

So, no, don’t expect to see StartUp season 4 on Netflix in 2022 or even 2023.

There are tons of good shows coming to Netflix next year. Check out the list of the best Netflix shows coming in 2022 for more big shows to watch in the new year.
