Office furniture, gym equipment, collages and plants once belonging to Wirecard are being sold off via an online auction.
In total, over 400 items that belonged to the scandal-hit payments firm which collapsed in 2020 amid a major accounting scandal are up for grabs.
The items are being sold via Hammerle, a Germany-based company that runs company sales, appraisals and online auctions.
The bulk of the items up for sale are office furnishings, with 262 items listed.
Specific examples of Wirecard equipment being sold off include a work table with a manual light adjustment, with a minimum price tag of €1,000.
At the moment, the work table has had seven bids, with its highest bid €1,700.
A company shredder is also up for grabs with a minimum price tag of €300.
A plant with a minimum price of €20 and a collage with a minimum price of €30 is also up for auction.
Gym equipment including dumbbells, with a minimum price of €50, and an exercise bike, with a minimum price of €200 are also up for sale.
Most of the items up for sale have attracted bids.
The online auction finishes in just over five days time.
In 2020, payment provider Paynetics acquired some of Wirecard’s assets in the UK and Ireland for an undisclosed sum.
The fintech took Wirecard UK’s corporate customers on board, offering them payment processing and card issuing services.
