Kaseya, a leading provider of unified IT management and security software, announced today its strategic partnership with WINN.AI, a dynamic SalesTech startup dedicated to transforming sales operations through cutting-edge AI technology.

Under this partnership, Kaseya has licensed WINN.AI’s innovative real-time AI assistant for over 1,000 of its sales professionals. This collaboration is set to revolutionize how sales teams operate, boasting an impressive 80% reduction in the time Kaseya’s salespeople spend documenting their calls.

WINN.AI, founded in November 2021 by sales tech entrepreneur Eldad Postan-Koren and cybersecurity expert Bar Haleva, has developed a state-of-the-art AI assistant designed to revolutionize how sales teams engage with prospects and manage their workflows. By leveraging real-time tracking, capturing, and CRM updating features, WINN.AI empowers sales professionals to focus entirely on customer interactions while seamlessly handling administrative tasks such as note-taking.

“We are beyond excited to embark on this journey with WINN.AI. This partnership is a testament to Kaseya’s commitment to leveraging the latest in AI technology to enhance our sales operations and deliver unparalleled service to our customers,” said Joe Smolarski, President & Chief Customer Officer at Kaseya. “The integration of WINN.AI into our workflow not only significantly reduces the time spent on call documentation but also allows our team to focus on engaging with our customers in more meaningful ways. We believe this is a game-changer for us and could serve as a blueprint for other organizations looking to maximize efficiency and effectiveness in their sales and customer service operations.”

The integration of WINN.AI’s AI assistant into Kaseya’s sales processes enables sales professionals to have hands-free note-taking capabilities during customer conversations, resulting in more authentic interactions, comprehensive documentation, and significant reductions in administrative workload. For account executives, this translates to stronger relationships with prospects and less administrative hassle, while sales leaders benefit from passionate account executives, stronger brand voices, faster onboarding, and ultimately increased sales.

“We are thrilled to partner with Kaseya and are proud that our platform will play a pivotal role in enhancing their operational efficiency,” said Eldad Postan-Koren, CEO of WINN.AI. “This partnership underscores the potential of our proprietary generative AI platform to help transform repetitive business processes and improve the bottom line. We look forward to seeing the impact of our technology on Kaseya’s sales efforts and are excited about the potential this has for widespread adoption in the industry.”

This partnership champions the integration of AI into everyday business practices and sets a precedent for the strategic use of technology to foster growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer relations in the tech industry and beyond.
