We could all do to save some money every now and then and though you might look at the price of a smartphone and think saving money is the opposite of what it is good for, once you have one, you would be surprised what it can do for you. There are apps for near enough everything out there, and as such, it won’t surprise you to learn that there are some specifically designed to help you save a few pennies here and there.

3: Test The Batteries on Your Remote Controls

One such app for iPhone is Cardiio: Heart Rate Monitor which is free of cost. Another heart rate monitoring app is Instant Heart Rate: HR Monitor available for iOS, Android, and Windows. However, it’s not free.
